With over 19 years of experience as a Special Education teacher, Ann Lawyer has dedicated her career to helping students unlock the power of reading. As a certified Structured Dyslexia Specialist and Certified Academic Language Therapist, Ann brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for supporting learners who struggle with literacy. Her expertise is grounded in the Science of Reading and evidence-based methods like Orton-Gillingham, which she uses to guide both children and adults on their literacy journey. Ann works with students ranging from 4 years old to 75, ensuring that literacy skills are accessible to everyone, regardless of their age or challenges.

Ann’s mission is to empower parents and educators to help students become confident, lifelong readers. Her unique approach focuses on hands-on, engaging activities that are simple to implement, making literacy fun and effective even for busy families. As a mother herself, Ann understands the challenges of balancing work, family, and learning, which is why she has designed her resources and services to be both time-efficient and affordable.
